Mission
To establish scholarships to assist students in Hong Kong with potential for further education in realizing their dreams of studying in Canada, and to foster educational interaction and exchange between Hong Kong and Canada.

Objectives & Visions

To raise funds and provide financial aids and resources to students in Hong Kong, helping them successfully pursue education in Canada at various levels (primary, secondary and tertiary).

(a) Provide guidance and counseling to students for studying aboard, helping them understand the Canadian education system and application processes;
(b) Facilitate exchange and collaboration between educational institutes in Hong Kong and Canada, providing opportunities for academic and cultural exchange.

The Canada Education Foundation, abbreviated as CAEF, has a logo design that resembles an open book featuring Canada’s national flower, the “Maple Leaf”.

The different colored pages of the book represent the diverse regions of the world, each with their own unique concept of equal education.

The background pattern of the logo consists of intersecting but orderly woven lines, symbolizing the exchange and integration of cultures.
Chairman’s Message
It is an immense honor for me to stand here as the chairman of the education fund, witnessing and announcing the establishment of the Canada Education Foundation. This is an encouraging moment as we have finally realized the dream of assisting local students from Hong Kong in pursuing their education in Canada.
Canada has always been recognized as one of the world’s top destinations for education. The country boasts an excellent education system, advanced teaching methods, and a diverse academic environment. Through the Canada Education Foundation, we will open the doors to world-class education for Hong Kong students, giving them the opportunity to access the finest educational resources and expand their academic abilities and global perspectives.
The establishment of this fund is our commitment to the younger generation of Hong Kong. We believe that every student should h ave equal opportunities to pursue their dreams. Through this fund, we will provide financial assistance, scholarships and other forms of support to help deserving students achieve their educational goals. We hope this fund can serve as a bridge connecting the education communities of Hong Kong and Canada, facilitating the educational and cultural exchange between the two regions.
Hong Kong is a vibrant and creative city, with outstanding students and education professionals. We believe that through the Canada Education Foundation, we will be able to cultivate more Hong Kong students with international perspectives and leadership abilities who will become future leaders and agents of change in the world.
